1. USSD Code

• Enter recipient’s number: Type in the 10-digit mobile number of the lucky recipient and press*.  Eg: *422*12345678*9851126786*transfering balance#
• Specify the amount: Finally, enter the desired amount you want to transfer and press # to confirm. Eg. *422*12345678*9851126786*100#
• Confirmation and success: A confirmation message including the transaction details will be sent to you. Your balance will be transferred, just like that!

How to know your Security Code?

Connect with NTC Customer Service: Contact NTC customer support for help if you are unable to find your Welcome Package or if you have misplaced the code. To get in contact with them, use:

• Send an SMS to 1415: Type “SCODE” and send it to 1415. In a few minutes, you will receive an SMS containing your security code.
• Dialing 198: This is the toll-free customer service number for NTC.
• Visiting an NTC Service Center: If you need help, you can also go to the NTC service center that is closest to you. You can get your security code back with the assistance of the staff there.

 

2. NTC App:

• Download the NTC app: Download the official NTC app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
• Login or Register: Enter your NTC login information, if you don’t have one then create a new one. 
• Find the “Transfer Balance” option: Select the "Transfer Balance" option in the app's menu by going to it.
• Enter details: Similar to the USSD method, enter the recipient’s number, transfer amount, and your security code.
• Confirm and proceed: After checking the information, click "Transfer" to finish the procedure. A notification will be sent to you as soon as the transfer is successful.
